Dispatch and Delivery
After processing, your order is sent out for delivery. Most parcels arrive within 5 to 10 working days. We do our best to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery from start to finish.
Please note that occasional delays may occur due to customs, severe weather, or courier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Your Order

To keep our prices fair and reduce waste, we batch-ship orders efficiently. This helps us serve you better while being kind to the planet.
We partner with a trusted network of couriers to deliver your order quickly and safely. For international shipments, we often use YunExpress and Yanwen. Once your parcel arrives in your country, delivery is completed by carriers like UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on your location and current shipping conditions.
This combination allows us to offer reliable delivery times while keeping your experience smooth.
Policy on Return to Sender (RTS), Expired Shipments, and Customer Address Errors
If an order is returned to sender, marked as expired, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer (e.g. missing apartment number, incorrect postal code, or invalid address), the order will be non-refundable.
We’re happy to arrange a reshipment once correct and complete shipping details are provided. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for covering additional shipping costs.
Reshipments will only be processed after we receive the returned package (if applicable).
